Problem :

Before GingrCRM, the company was struggling with severe operational chaos — leads were slipping through the cracks, sales reps were missing follow-ups, and managers had zero real-time visibility into orders, payments, or deliveries. The entire workflow depended on scattered WhatsApp chats, phone calls, manual Excel sheets, and human memory, causing delayed decisions, frustrated customers, and daily revenue leakage. Shipments couldn’t be tracked, drivers were untraceable, communication was inconsistent, and no system could talk to another — creating operational blind spots that slowed growth and broke internal coordination. In short, the business was running on disconnected tools, guesswork, and stress, making it unsustainable at scale.

Solution :

To address this, I engineered GingrCRM—an enterprise-grade, fully unified CRM platform connecting lead pipelines, omni-channel communication, order automation, payments, and real-time shipment tracking. I built a modular, high-performance backend with optimized relational schemas, asynchronous job queues, distributed caching, and event-driven sync processes for real-time reliability. Integrated Exotel, WhatsApp Business, Shiprocket, and Razorpay APIs to enable seamless communication, end-to-end logistics visibility, and complete revenue tracking with automated payment reconciliation and analytics. Delivered secure RBAC workspaces, dynamic dashboards, advanced analytics, and automated sales workflows. Deployed containerized CI/CD with centralized logging, monitoring, and intelligent error tracing to ensure production-grade stability. The platform now powers the company’s day-to-day operations and increased sales efficiency by 60% within months.

Implementing complex API integrations with Exotel, WhatsApp Business, Shiprocket, and Razorpay while maintaining reliability and data consistency was critical. I architected a high-performance, modular backend with asynchronous workflows, distributed caching, and event-driven sync processes to ensure scalability and speed.
